Every space is maximized, with built-in shelving, an open concept kitchen with appliance wall, and niches and closets to fit every need. A custom cedar fence creates yard where there was none before, and what was a one-bedroom is transformed to three. Brand-new bathrooms, what's not to love?

FROM THE BEGINNING

Every part of this project was managed in-house, from acquisition of the property to permitting, sub-contracting, and construction, through the end to staging and sales. This way every detail could be controlled and nothing was overlooked.
